VIRTUAL ANA SUPPORT GROUP
CyberKnife (CK) for AN: A Discussion with Post-CK Patients and ANA Volunteers Mark McLaren and Phyllis Pearl-Baxter

Please plan to join us for this virtual support group meeting opportunity. Registration is closed for this meeting - all slots are filled.

Our discussion will focus specifically on CyberKnife treatment. Phyllis is an ANA Peer Mentor and Discussion Forum Moderator and had treatment in 2006. Mark is an ANA Support Group Leader and had treatment in 2001. While serving in these capacities, they have had the opportunity to interact with many AN patients over the years. They understand the unique challenges specific to acoustic neuroma and can describe their CK experiences with you. If you are considering CK, or you are a post-CK patient and want to network with others who have similar experiences, this meeting is for you. Bring your questions and join us for information and support.

Family members, caregivers, friends and interested persons are welcome to attend. Virtual meetings provide a nurturing, non-judgmental environment with individuals who have shared acoustic neuroma experiences along with educational opportunities, emotional support and encouragement throughout all stages of the AN journey.

The meeting will be facilitated by Phyllis Pearl-Baxter and Mark McLaren, acoustic neuroma post-treatment patients and Melanie Hutchins, ANA Manager of Volunteer Programs.
