On Saturday, May 12th, more than 130 acoustic neuroma patients and caregivers attended the ANA Patient Education Event hosted by Johns Hopkins Medicine Department of Neurosurgery.

The program consisted of case studies, lectures on topics including treatment, vestibular rehabilitation, hearing restoration, and facial reanimation.

The Johns Hopkins doctors spent time talking with attendees in between sessions, and attendees had time to network with one another. ANA would like to thank Dr. Rafael Tamargo and the team at Johns Hopkins Medicine for a great day!

The next ANA Patient Education Event will be held on Saturday, September 29, 2018, hosted by the Vanderbilt University Medical Center Departments of Otolaryngology and Neurosurgery in Nashville, TN. The event is free and open to all; registration is required. There are a limited number of hotel rooms booked at the Courtyard Marriott/Nashville Vanderbilt West End (Friday night only) at $189.

These rooms are first come, first served. Book your hotel and register now.
