The Day You Were Diagnosed: A Group Discussion
Participants are encouraged to share experiences about the day they found out they had an acoustic neuroma, including tips and suggestions to process the news, ways to share the diagnosis with family and friends, and next steps.
Family members, caregivers, friends, and interested persons are welcome to attend. Virtual group meetings provide a nurturing, non-judgmental environment with individuals who have shared acoustic neuroma experiences. You can also find educational opportunities on a variety of AN topics of interest, emotional support, and encouragement throughout all stages of the AN journey
The meeting will be facilitated by Carol Most-Walker, a post-treatment acoustic neuroma patient.
