Meditation Basics with Mini-Practices, Presented by Caroline Raffel
The session will open with an introduction to mindfulness meditation. The opportunity for several short practices will follow. We will wrap up with Q&A.
About the Presenter
Caroline is the owner of Sustainable Yoga WI, offering students increased strength, flexibility, and balance through gentle yoga and meditation practice. Caroline is a certified meditation instructor and Registered 200 hours Yoga Teacher. She holds additional certifications in Yin Yoga and Five Element Yoga®. She is currently in teacher training to complete an additional 300 hours which includes work in adaptive yoga. Caroline has practiced yoga for over 30 years and meditation for almost seven years.

Virtual support groups provide a nurturing environment for individuals to share information on acoustic neuroma, educational opportunities for patients and caregivers, and support for peers on their AN journey. Meetings are open to family members, caregivers, friends and interested persons.

The meeting will be facilitated by Judy Jones, a post-treatment acoustic neuroma patient.
