"Vestibular Schwannomas" offers explanations on presentation, treatment, and rehabilitation of acoustic neuroma, with excellent illustrations showing the anatomy and treatment options. While the paper is not open access, the journal offers a free account at NEJM.org, allowing access to 3 subscriber-only articles each month.
