Hi Mary - Sorry I did not get back to you sooner, but it looks like my hubby and I won't be able to make it. Our son's college graduation and then the holidays will make it kind of tough. Hopefully there will be another one planned and we will definitely be there. I love San Diego ;D

We can still arrange a meeting in Davenport (or close there) someday soon for those near enough and interested.  I'd rather get it set up by personal email (forwarded automatically by the forum) and not let "spam-people" know where we plan to meet.  This is too weird for me in today's world!

Hi all,

Thought I will provide an update on our January 7 brunch plan.  Yes, the date, time and venue are set.  We will be meeting at Cafe Chloe in the famous Petco Park, Gaslamp Quarter area in San Diego.  So far we have confirmed attendance from Mark, John S. (San Diego), their spouses and myself.  A small group but will be great company!!  For those who may change your plan, please let me know via personal email so that I can adjust reservation headcounts.  Here's Cafe Chloe's link, a great French bistro with wonderful reviews:

Yes!!  We are still on for our Sunday brunch on January 7th at 10am in San Diego!!!  (Today was in the 70-degree and we were at the beach watching the most fabulous sunset on the Pacific Ocean!!!)

Our confirmed attendees are:

Yes, we did it!!  First ever Southern California AN Forum Get Together in sunny San Diego!!!

A small group but we had a great time today.  We met at Cafe Chloe where Rachael Ray frequents.  Lots of hugs, great friendship, informative, delicious brunch, etc.!!!  To top it all, we even had an in-promptu "guest speaker", Dr. Fuller, from San Diego Cyberknife Center present.  The discussion about "below the belt" CK applications with Dr. Fuller was so enlightening especially for all the male attendees approaching 50's  ;). LOL



Left to right: Dr. Fuller, John (Mary's husband), Mary, Nancy (Mark's wife), Mark, John (San Diego), John's wife --- later Phyl joined virtually via speakerphone on my cell, I gave a big hug to Mark for you!!! :D  Sue - We were disappointed you couldn't make it.  Wish you feel better with your flu...

Sorry we missed all of you, Phyl (in person), Maria (mll), Sue (SuzeAN), Lorenzo, Melinda, Lana (Busybonnie), Tim (tcrnko), ... Wished you could have come but don't worry, we are definitely planning another one later this year  ;)...
