Donnalynn,

Happy Chanukah! I will say a special prayer for you and your Jim. I have to say you are an amazing woman-where do you find the strength? Some day I hope to have a tenth of your energy and spirit! God bless!

Donnalynn .....

I know you said you would be off the radar screen for a few days, but shutting down the forum so you wouldn't miss anything????   ;D  Seriously though, I pray you and Jim are OK.  Let us know how you both are doing when you have a chance .....

Many prayers continue!

Donnalyn,

Sorry to hear Jim's having an issue, but in that kind of cold...man! Hope it's just the weather :)

I second and third the previous comments. I don't know how you do it. You are amazing.

I don't know how you stand that cold. It's been in the 20s and 30s here and I'm ready to move back to Florida, which I swore I'd never do. The cold is really bothering me this year. Frankly, I think you are all nuts for living in such a climate (no offense intended)!

TAKE CARE will you! Prayers contine for Jim (and you!).

Sorry you have a bug ... we got hit by a stomach bug last week that hit fast and hard and was gone in about 48 hours ...luckily we didn't pass it back and forth like we usually do ... it just go you then left ...

hope tomorrow goes well for you ...

we have our family meal kits delivered and the coats from Warm Hearts for Warm Friends distributed ... only have angel tree children's gifts to deliver and will  do that Friday at school ...then nursing home delivery to get done ... so many of the kids have had bugs that we are not going to take our carolers to the nursing homes , but I am taking by gifts of socks , tooth brushes , books and lap blankets ( all things requested ) that have been collected and cards and ornaments that have been made ... the people love to see the kids come around and sing for them but passing the germs to the people there is not a good thing ...

we are taking the kids caroling Wednesday at several banks and Walmart ... then we go to Mc Donald's for lunch and spend about 2 hours with 50 kids in the play place ...I take an ear plug because the noise and echo in there makes me insane ... it is a fun day but will wear me out ...
