1/22/13 12mm x 3mm (Gamma Knife)

4/4/12 9mm x 4mm x 3mm (Diagnosis)

There are some retired and former military that keep a thread going in the "Insurance" category.  I think SBRN is going to the VA for his treatment.   Check out that thread, and see if you can send him a PM.

I had mine removed at the Mcguire VA Hospital in Richmond, VA in 2003.
1.5x1x1.2cm AN surgically removed by Tans Lab Jul 30, 2003, McGuire VA Hospital in Richmond, VA.
