The Pacific Northwet has gotten it's share of wild weather lately.  We've had a lot of rain, some gusty winds, but nothing near my location was damaged. Trees and power outages around Portland, and Tillamook County, a low lying coastal area always floods. Lots of debris in the rivers. Wow, Raydean, would have loved to see that thunder storm. We don't get many of them here in Portland/Vancouver area.   I have trees behind us and they were rustling in the wind, too.  I didn't hear them once I went to bed with the fan going.

So, Laz, having fun in the sun?  Basking on the beach?  Frolicking in the surf? Time for shrimp on the barby?  I can't even be mean to you about this, you lucky dog.  But, just remember, Australia is the skin cancer center of the world!!  All those British subject sent thataway, with their fair complexion used to Northern climes, have a tough time in all the Southern sun. There's a price to be paid for all that frolicking, mister...

Oh Laz. How many snowball bruises do you have? Not only do I choose to live in Queensland, being the best state in Australia, I grew up in Adelaide and I was born in England. Now, no old jokes about the English being scared of water (and soap)  ;D

Good Morning:

This seems to be a "hot" subject but, I'm not sure what to write on it.  It is a long list of postings.  Could someone tell me what this is for.  I think awhile back I read the first like about getting up in the morning and doing a vac-thing on the house.  Maybe the person was on steroids.

Well, I'll practice........GOOD MORNING!

I made it until 2:00 AM and not the usual midnight, to begin my day.  I'm making blueberry muffins as, blueberries are excellent for the brain.  Oh, don't you all forget to eat lots of brocolli as, it is the *wonder-veggi* and does great things for you also.  I have a headache so, I must do a second cup of tea.  I have been off strong coffee for many months now.  Maybe all that coffee in combo with my sleeping aids, grew my AN!   :-\

Anyway, I while I was gone yesterday afternoon there was a message from my family GP on the voice mail.  She had called my ENT.  So, I connected with the ENT to see what that was all about.  It basically was, that they felt I wouldn't be rid of my problem by just going with CK.  I will give it a chance though as, the surgeons and radiation doctors are making a more conservative approach these days.  I believe they used to give much larger doses when doing GK years ago and less visits and sometimes only one visit.  I know it depends on the size of the tumor, age of the person and type of tumor.......etc.  (maybe all this data is incorrect for the "Good Morning" subject.  Should I type in Spanish since I don't know pirate language?

What is this site anyway?
