Spoke to our fearless Capt last night. She sounded good. On-going issues with her and Dr. Love, but they are doing ok. She noted she is going to log on soon to harrass.....er.... say hellos.  Relayed your messages to her and it meant a LOT to her! :)

She'll be here VERY soon!

Hello shipmates,
Since some are predicting Armegeddon, "The Rapture", tomorrow, I was wonder what we should do with our last day.  Should we piously wait, or should we go out with some sort of rager.   I'm thinking Margaritas.
Regards,

Well, obviously, The Rapture didn't come to pass.

But IMO that's no reason not to participate in some sort of "rager".

Party on!  And Phyl, bring the Good Captain.  If she doesn't show up soon, Lori and I will have to start harrassing on her behalf.

And you know how much we'd HATE to have to do that  >:D

Jan,

I don't think the "end" is scheduled until 6pm, so we still have a few hours to polish off the rum!

As far as the harrassment....I'm not sure if I know how...maybe you can teach me!   >:D

Neither one of us get here too often anymore.

I've had computer issues and I know the halo-slipping wench is more a fan of Facebook, as are several others who used to show up here all the time.

I've tried Facebook, but I'm really not a fan.   Mostly go on there to keep track of what my kids are trying to get past me

met up with a long lost cousin from new jersey on the weekend. She's an exchange student and been in Sydney for 5 months. We only caught up on the weekend 2 days before she flys back. She didn't know she had family here and it was a strange set of events that we got together but that turned out well. I'll get my people to contact her people and we can meet again

Good excuse to go out for brunch and top up my cholestoral levels with some good old fashioned greasy bacon and eggs (lol)

I have booked in for my MRI (well placed a call and waiting for a date). This will be the 18month MRI when we will know whether its been zapped or not. I've been putting it off coz a tad nervous about the outcome. Not sure i want to know if the news is not good
