Question about vitamins

I have started to take my daily vitamins....
B vitamin complex
Cal + Mag
Vitamin E
Vitamin C
Niacin (B3)

My question is Niacin help blood flow and when I take it I can feel the effect on my ears. I have an AN that had CK done back in January. I dont know if Niacin does damage or if it helps?

Does anybody know or anybody here had CK done and take Niacin?
