If I had the website "kick key" to ban you for an hour after that comment, trust me, I would!  EW!!!!    :D ;)

thus, our dear bread-making fiend, Lorenzo, has booted himself off the website for the locust comment! I commend him for doing so... but... have a sneaky feeling he will use his "short term memory due to AN" card to bring himself back and say "Did I say something wrong? I don't remember......" ;)

not familiar with that expression, Nancy. Would you elaborate on it? 'loose as a goose'... I have a fertile imagination, but maybe i don't want to imgine the meaning of that one...
Ciao, Lorenzo  (having fun, after a day of noise and 35 students all yapping together at the same time!) :P ;D ;D

When I use it, I mean it like, 'we're all getting wacky, crazy'

But I just looked up the meaning, & I CAN'T SAY IT IN MIXED COMPANY
OR ANY COMPANY FOR THAT MATTER.

(let's just say it has something to do with women of ill repute;  see ?  learn something new everyday !!)

ps: I think you're trying to get me in trouble Lorenzo, to get the heat off of you - remember, I grew up with 2 older brothers,
     happened all the time...  lol)

Oh my!  Just looked up loose as a goose and I had no idea that's what it meant!  Ok, on another subject.................. headache cures..........
I had such a headache this morning so I tried tylenol, headache was worse an hour later so then I took excedrin and guess what?? headache went away for awhile.  I don't do that all the time (doubling up on 2 different meds) only when I get desperate.   I don't think Grandma would approve  :-\

Holy cow.  Them Italians hijacked my thread!!  I thought you guys liked pasta?????

Oh well.  I knew the Gatorade thing would end up being in the "Too good and easy to be true" category.

When I was growing up, my Nannie (grandma) would say my yap was loose as a goose.  She is correct.  Like loose tongue?
