Jerks/twitches at night
« on: December 23, 2020, 08:51:37 pm »
Hi al. I am getting these body twitches at night that wake me often does any one else get this? Also even after two years post CK that side of my head is still sensitive to touch around top of ear (I had three sessions) Is this unusual? I still get some nerve sensation there on and off. Last MRI was in October and all looked stable - no other symptoms although my insomnia is ongoing (frequent waking not falling asleep).

mwatto,
I don't have the twitches, but some wicked hot sweats.  Not sure if that is something you are getting.

Hi GBLY - no night sweats but only because I use a cold pack against head now before bed and fan and aircon- we are having 40 degree weeks here in Perth Australia. The Cold pack is wonderful against AN side- seems to help in many ways to soothe and calm. I am always running at a slightly higher temperature it seems!
