Facial palsy , selective neurolysis

Al salam alaykom , i am with facial palsy from 3 years, case improvement about 60-70 %
Thanks for Allah , there is synkineses ( ex :eye close with any movement of mouth , hyper platysma contraction .. etc ) , my doctor said we can improve my case with surgery called ( selective neurolysis ) , does any body have this surgery share his experience & his opinion about result ?
What’s The success rate of the operation ?
What are risks and complications? whether the result is immediate ?
I’m afraid & I just want to take a right decision
