Post Surgery (Not CK) - Facial twitching 6 years later

So I had the surgery back in 2011 for a smaller acoustic neuroma. I also recently had sinus surgery (this past summer) for a deviated septum and chronic sinus infections.

Anyway, the past couple days, I started twitching a lot on the left side of my face. I have had and still have eye twitching from time to time, but I never had twitching all the way down to my cheek and lips. It's not noticeable to anybody except me. I had an MRI last March, so I doubt it's the neuroma.

Anyone else have this?
