Aggression ?
« on: October 20, 2006, 05:01:35 am »
In many ways aggression - a "can-do" or "go get" attitude is required
in order to get well - if you stayed at home and waited to get well
...it might take along time.
There are times when its hard - you have to push youself
to walk the extra mile, or do yet another balance session.
However aggression needs to monitered for two reasons
One - you needed it to get well - get up the hill etc
 - you may not need so much now you are at the top of the hill
it may not be so good for you, or your friends and family
Two - aggression is actually (strangely) connected to depression
the one is a symptom of of the other
Yes we all feel a bit miffed some days
- but if its more than that
maybe time for a check up ?
Thought for the day
Best Regards
Tony
