Post surgical headaches

Hey y'all (this is how we talk in the south  ;) )  I haven't posted in a while, Lord knows life is busy.  We moved to NC from CT in the fall and are all settled in our new home just north of Charlotte.  We love it down here! 
I have spoke with a handful of people regarding the surgery I had with Dr. Ducic at the end of 2011, but if anyone is considering the surgery or looking for options, curious about what I tried for other treatment or just want to talk please feel free to PM me.  I am still active and will respond as soon as I have a free moment.

Left AN 2.5CM,retrosigmoid 11/2008, second surgery to repair CSF leak. 
Headaches began immediately.  Dr. Ducic occipital nerve resection, December 2011!!!!!
