im due to get baha in aug of this year insurance finally okayed it, im excited, dont know wht to expect, lotta mixed emotions now that the time is near what with the difficult an surgery i had.  from speakingto people in my forum and reading post it seems like its the best thing since sliced bread (smile) keep me in your thoughts :D :D

Congratulations on the insurance approval for your BAHA.  I can't speak from experience (others can - and will) but very few BAHA users seem to be dissatisfied, although some initial adjustments may be necessary.  I'm confident that you'll be pleased when you get your BAHA and look forward to reading your reactions to having it.

4.5 cm AN diagnosed 5/06.  Retrosigmoid surgery 6/06.  Follow-up FSR completed 10/06.  Tumor shrinkage & necrosis noted on last MRI.  Life is good.

I hope you love your BAHA as much as I love mine  ;D

My implant was done in March 2008 and I've never regretted it.

Love mine! There are some good videos on you-tube. This is a very simple surgery.
