I don't get exercise induced headaches.  Even do a hard workout with a personal trainer and still don't get headaches then.   It's when I'm just sitting around after a busy day from taking my father places.

yes...I was definatly nervous....i used to bike 5 miles a day....Again i think the sensory overload kicked in.
