Natural Remedies for Dizziness?

Has anyone used any natural remedies for the dizzy spells that have worked?
Age: 38,  Possible 3.5 cm neuroma found May 2010. waiting on second MRI to conclude either way . "Prey for the dead, but fight like hell for the living." (Mother Jones)

When I was recovering I would put a cold wash cloth over my eyes. It helped a little.
05 - Cholesteatoma removed (2 surgeries)
03/07 - Diagnosed 3mm AN
06/07 - Middle Cranial Fossa approach to remove (failed extraction)
03/10 - MRI showed growth to 7mm
06/10 - June 9th surgery on the way

I have not found any natural remedies for the dizzines.Meclizine some times helps...you kno the stuff they give you when you fly or for motion sickness,
Mostly just rest helps.maybe cut beck on caffiene if you tend to consume alot.

Ah well I do love my java. I guess it's time for decaf as much as I distain the idea. But if it helps with the dizzy spells, then I will do it. I am on meclizine but I hate taking pills and it makes me tired at work. Thank you for your imput.  :)

I used to use fresh ginger when I got spells and it seemed to help.

Oh that sounds like a good remedy...Ginger.I'll have to try it if the "spells" come back...forinate in that department lately....haven't taken a tumble in awhile(knock,knock on wood) ;D
