AMAZING AND EXCITING NEWS!
« on: August 31, 2009, 12:36:01 pm »
Hello my AN family.  I have amazing news to share with you!  I take pictures of my self once a week to compare my face from week to week.  Well last night after taking the pictures and thinking to myself how much I miss my smile, I practiced a closed smile in the mirror.  I couldn't believe what I saw!  The left corner of my mouth moved just a tiny bit, but it moved!  I called my kids in and they could see it too!  So exciting!  Great news huh?  Had to tell you all!

Love,
Laura Lynn  :)

Laura Lynn ~

Congratulations on your not-so-small victory!  This is very exhilarating to read about.  You've made my day with this news.  Thanks for sharing it with your AN family.  :)

4.5 cm AN diagnosed 5/06.  Retrosigmoid surgery 6/06.  Follow-up FSR completed 10/06.  Tumor shrinkage & necrosis noted on last MRI.  Life is good.

Life is not the way it's supposed to be. It's the way it is.  The way we cope with it is what makes the difference.
