I think a weekly progress report of volume lost is enough - don't want to get too serious here. Truth be known, not sure if i want to admit to being     whoops, nearly let the cat out of the bag.

   Monday, Monday...................I lost 1 lb.  yayayayayayayayaya >  My big problem is in front of the tv at nite, I tries chewing gum  in place of cheet-os.  It still was hard .       Come on you guys, its your turn, fess up!

Actually, I do have a cool leopard cape with a matching chicken bone necklace, feather headdress, and spear that are part of my jungle girl costume--a real prize winner!

Actually, Cyclone Larry apparantly has peaked at 290kmh - stronger than Katrina which was pretty frightening. It hit the north east of Australia and yep Capt DFeb, the coast line of Aust is bigger than Nth America.

The big danger now are from the flood waters where the crocodiles come out and start eating people.

It is apparantly now being followed ny Cyclone Watti as if larry was the entre'. Its a pretty harsh part of the country (top of the east coast) and it goes for miles and miles. Not very inhabited coz you gotto be nuts to live there. A bit west is the Northern territory which had a nasty cyclone some 30 years ago that virtually flattened the capital (Darwin). They still managed to have their annual wet tee shirt competition though.

Enough of the geography lesson.

Hellp!  Today is not a good dieting day.  I tried a new kind of eyedrop yesterday and turned my eye red.  Since my eye is looking bad I figure I should eat too.   :P  I did get on the treadmill and worked out.  Got off and started eating again!
