Greetings to all.I am back in Seton House. All went well. They removed entire  Trigemital tumor. My side affects are numb lower right teeth along with Rt cheek and gumbs. They seem to think this may be permament, but they don't know me very well, :)  :) I wii leave Seton on Wednesday and go to my Sons house in Upland Cal for thanksgiving, then back to have stitches reomved on Dec 1st, then fly home on the 2nd. I will remain posting on AN. We are all very special. And we need to stick together.I want to thank all of you for your prayers and thoughts. All personal mail welcome and will be answered,,,,,,,,,,,Larry of Portland Or.

Hi Larry-

So glad to hear that all went well and that the booger is OUT!  Deb said it best in her poem, so I won't try to top that.  Have a wonderful Thanksgiving.

Congratulations on your successful surgery!  I'm sure the numbness will subside in time.  Unlike Captain Deb, I'm not much of a poet so I won't attempt any alliterations - but I will wish you a very happy Thanksgiving with your son and a safe trip home.  Thanks for updating us.  Now, at least try to take it easy.  :)

4.5 cm AN diagnosed 5/06.  Retrosigmoid surgery 6/06.  Follow-up FSR completed 10/06.  Tumor shrinkage & necrosis noted on last MRI.  Life is good.

I think we were in ICU at the same time.  I got a new nurse at 5 am because she got scared of you or something and asked mine to switch with her.  LOL  Were you grumpy or something??  I didn't mind switching--I was mad at my nurse anyway because she was napping and I had to go potty and the ****** didn't leave me with a call button.
