Well, I'm sure someone has been, but not me!

I am very happy with mine and would do it all again of necessary.  The surgery was simple and pain free for me and I have been pleased with how well it works.

Are you considering one?  If so, have you tried the demo?  That will give you some idea of what it's like, but I find the real thing is actually clearer than the demo was.

I wouldn't say disappointed but it is not as good as my real hearing. There are days when I think, why did I even get this, but then when I forget it for a day or the battery dies, I remember. It helps........

Ditto.  Exactly what Lori said  ;D

I absolutely LOVE my BAHA and couldn't be more thrilled with it.

As Pembo said it isn't as good as my normal hearing, but it's a vast improvement over being SSD.

Try the demo  8)

Retrosig 5/31/07 Drs. Battista & Kazan (Hinsdale, Illinois)
Left AN 3.0 cm (1.5 cm @ diagnosis 6 wks prior) SSD. BAHA implant 3/4/08 (Dr. Battista) Divino 6/4/08  BP100 4/2010 BAHA 5 8/2015

I don't actually "make" trouble..just kind of attract it, fine tune it, and apply it in new and exciting ways
