Cool link. That is really interesting and would be great therapy. Although I have my balance pretty much in check, this might be good continuing therapy and exercise.  8)

Hi there Sue,    Thanks for the link.   I couldn't do Tai Chi after surgery (it was funny though).   Think I'll try these positions !
