go to      http://photobucket.com/    and 
              register
              upload your photo you want to use
              copy the .. htlm code
              paste to I have my own picture in your profile

Be sure to crop your picture to a square before you upload it to avoid any distortion.  Just hitting the hmtl on photobucket automatically copies it. Hitting ctrl+v (Contol button on bottom left on keyboard followed by the letter v) on your keyboard will paste it into the box. Also delete the leters IMG on either side of the code as it copies into the box, it just confuses the program.
