2007 ANA patient survey ???

I read in the last ANA newsletter that there would be a patient survey in July 2007.  Then in July I received a letter from the ANA President that said there would be a patient survey.  Well, now it's the end of August and I haven't seen the survey.  I just assumed it would be a link on the ANA website, but have been unable to find it.  Does anyone know where it is?  Has it been delayed?  Did I overlook it?  ??? I'd really like to provide my input.  Thanks.

I'm glad this was brought up; I had forgotten about it.  I tried to complete the survey and hit a roadblock on page 1.   The dates don't go back far enough.   My diagnosis was made in 1967, and the years only go back to 1970.  I have e-mailed ANA but don't expect an answer until tomorrow because it's well after 5:00 pm in Georgia.  I'll complete it after I hear from someone about how to work this out.

I just did it myself.  I think it's very important to get as many people participating as possible.  That's the only way to get valid data.
