Richmond VA/Hampton Roads Area Recommendations/Dr Roy?

Has anyone seen the team of Dr. Manzour/Dr. Roy?
I have met Dr. Manzour and like him and am meeting with the neurosurgeon Dr. Anil Roy in a few weeks.
Looking for any personal experiences.

I also have UVA looking over my case in case I choose to go with a different surgeon.  I am very conflicted.
