I had surgery in 2011.
I have noticed that my eyebrow on AN side is not as long as my other. I have noticed this for quite some time now. It stops about mid-eye,, if that makes sense. Not sure why. It’s aggravating but not a real issue to me.

Have not asked anyone about it because I doubt anyone would know. There are so many issues about ANs that the medical people don’t know about or don’t believe are related. But It wasn’t that way before my surgery.

Sounds like your issues are more impactful than my eyebrow. Sorry. Hope you can find some answers. I don’t really think it’s alopecia either,,, personally,, but that’s just my 2 cents !  ;)
Let us know if you find out any other answer.
