My hearing was bad, got worse immediately after CK, and then returned to normal after 5 months.
Has gone down hill from there but has been stable for the last 5.
I am 14 years Post CK

My low frequencies are normal, mid range down a bit, high frequencies are poor.

With a hearing aid a don't notice any real deficit in my AN ear
10x5x5mm AN
Sudden Partial hearing loss 5/28/10
Diagnosed 7/4/10
CK 7/27/10
2/21/11 Swelling 13x6x7mm
10/16/11 Hearing returned, balance improved. Feel totally back to normal most days
3/1/12 Sudden Hearing loss, steroids, hearing back.
9/16/13 Life is just like before my AN. ALL Good!

I had poor hearing going in to CK and it dropped to no hearing right after the procedure.  Four months out it has returned to where it was before CK.

Thanks, Dan and Paul, for sharing your experiences on the Forums!
Burning Tongue, Loss of Hearing & Balance, and Tinnitus led to MRI. Very small AN found on 11/23/2021
While watching and waiting, lost significant hearing. WRS now at 12% (down from 100%). Was fitted with CROS system on 3/7/22.  Stable MRI on 7/29/22
No treatment yet.

% years post CK and having my annual audiology test tomorrow- last year showed no drop off. Am still around 90% that ear. However I have had Covid 9 months ago and RSV before that so will see - next MRI this week also.
