Insomnia

I have had stabbing ear pain on and off for 4 years which wakes me at night and disrupts sleep. Wondering what others take for insomnia? I take CBD THC, zolpidem, melatonin at the moment. Does any one else have ear pain (my AN is close to the trigeminal) and sleep issues? 4 years CK.

Mri 2020 - no cysts visible stable.
MRI 2021 stable no change
MRI 2022 stable no change.
MRI 2023 Further reduction 12x12x10mm!! Hearing 85%
MRI 2024: No change AN or hearing

I have heard of trigeminal neuralgia after radiosurgery.  But of course only a doctor can say.  Might we worth checking in with him?

Dx 2.6 cm Nov 2012, 35% hearing loss.  Grew to 3.5 cm Oct 2013.  Pre-op total hearing loss, left side tongue numb.  Translab Nov 2013 House Clinic.  Post-op no permanent facial or other issues.  Tongue much improved.  Great result!!

Hi I have tried asking at every appointment. Told its unlikely caused by radiation. Told past few times probably neck- saw a physio for that and no. In any event I am finding relief now with CBD THC with 2 mg melatonin. My theory is the location, blood flow lying down. Next MRI due next week. I do not want drugs and no pain at all in day.

Glad your are getting relief.  Maybe try an ENT, or some other type of specialist?  To find the cause.
