Hello, I had Cyber knife for my AN (1.9 x 1.8x 1.5) Jan 31, 2019. My naturally curly hair has straightened out. Of course, this is not a serious problem, but I wonder has anyone noticed hair issues?

I have NOT seen this.

My somewhat curly hair (aka frizzy) was unchanged post Cyber Knife.

BUT I was hot flash free for about 6 months. It was really weird. A year later they are back, but not at the same frequency.

I am now 4 months post-op.  I am male and noticed hair thinning pretty badly at about 90 days post-op.  Wasn't sure what it was, but then I researched and found anesthesia can cause telogen effluvium (temporary hair loss at higher rate than normal daily rate) and the loss is general thinning all over (not patches).  Usually stops after a few weeks and then the follicles rebound 60-90 days later and the thickness grows back.  I hope.  I guess with a 10-hour surgery most people probably experience some level of this effect.
March 2018: 10 x 5 x 5 mm AN diagnosed April 2018.  October 2018: 12 x 5 x 5 mm.  Considering surgery in early 2019.
October 2019: 14 x 5 x 5mm.  Surgery scheduled for late Jan 2020.
January 2020:  Surgery at NW Hospital in Chicago area done by Drs. Fishman and Brayton
