bluetooth for SSD iphone user

Hi. The messages I saw were a few years old, thus there is newer technology.

Does anyone have a suggestion for a bluetooth device to connect to an iphone? I am SSD (translab) and do not want a noise cancellation piece, as then I wouldn't be able to hear ambient noise using my one good ear that's also connected to the device. I'm mostly looking to use it at the gym, not for things like phone calls.

Suggestions? Thanks.

I really appreciate my aftershokz!!!Wearing headphones outside of my ear canal is much more comfortable. The hearing on my AN side is OK- for an unknown reason my other is nearly useless.  got a pair of Aftershokz for my son who doesn't have hearing issues. They are great on the bike too.

Thanks for the great ideas!! I have the bose hearphones but sometimes a call comes in via Bluetooth and scares me like you wouldn’t believe
