Surgery Options Michigan
« on: May 11, 2019, 03:01:10 pm »
Thought I’d provide this link for those seeking surgical options in Michigan. The wife of the Detroit Lions Quarterback, Matthew  Stafford,  recently had AN surgery at U. Of Michigan.

University of Michigan is ranked number 9 in the nation for neurology and neurosurgery. Sounds like Dr. B. Gregory Thompson is highly experienced in AN surgery and luckily was well prepared to handle the unforeseen complication he encountered.

I will be having surgery in 11 days with this same team.

There is comfort in knowing that when money was no hinderance this was the team she chose.

In the 2018-19 US News and World Report Medical Center rankings U. of Michigan is number 5 over all and number 9 in neurosurgery. I totally agree, Mark Stafford's wife had the financial resources to go any where in the world. The fact that she chose U. of M. speaks volumes about their capabilities. Being from Michigan, I freely admit to being a bit prejudice. GO BLUE!!!!
