He had me sign a no post op litigation mandate, but only through arbitration..???

Any legal experts here to comment please>??

And any reasons why moving the surgical procedure to the Brotman in culver city instead of cedar sinai?
their reason of "we didn't like their sterilization techniques" I don't buy.

well.... dont know about your case/situation/ or even the doctor but sterilization techniques not being the best have caused some concern (i.e. problems) in some hospitals for something as simple as a an internal intestinal test etc.... also a few other kinds of precedures... news quite a while back like a few yrs .... so if this doctor said something along those lines i wouldn't be too quick to dismiss it myself.....

how are you doing by the way? was the An successfully removed??? how are your symptoms now?
