I read about this yesterday as I grew up in Detroit and masochistically follow Matthew Stafford's team, the Detroit Lions.  Kelly Stafford gave birth to their 3rd daughter in August 2018 and has twin girls born in 2017.  I found this interesting since there is some suspicion that the high levels of estrogen and progesterone found in pregnant women may accelerate AN growth.  In fact, Harvard researcher Dr.  Konstantina Stankovic, has shown that the progesterone blocking drug, mifepristone, may inhibit AN growth. None of the articles mention the size of her AN, but since she is going to have it surgically removed very soon, I assume it is on the large size. There is no mention of where she is having the surgery done.
