"Full" ear

Hello,

It is 2 years after the surgey, complete removal, I still feel a kind of full and throbbing feeling in my ear on the side of the surgery.
Mostly wenn I speak or just spontaneously.
Often it disappears by lying down.

Does anyone recognize this ?
Is there anything I can do for improvement ?
