Second surgery for AN after Cyberknife

We are looking for suggestions for a surgeon for a complicated case.  My son had tumor debulking 8 years ago at age 15 followed a year later by Cyberknife.  The tumor has now regrown to 4 cm.  We have spoken with Vanderbilt, but I would like to get another opinion.  We need to make decisions quickly.  If anyone has had a second surgery after radiation, I'd appreciate any information you have.

I don't know of better places than the House clinic in California. Friedman and Schwartz--I think one went to another institution (USC?). They have done so many surgeries thatthey have seen it all.
