I'm almost 2 years out (Jan. 2005) and I first saw movement about 1 year out. I could move the muscles in my cheek a little if I stood really close to the mirror.  ;) Now I can widen my smile to my fang tooth on my AN side.
3 years out and still seeing new movement is encouraging. Sometimes it feels like it will never come back.
