Not AN, could pineal cyst be causing problems?

Have about 50% hearing loss in left ear, low amount of tinnitus, some small balance problems.  Had an MRI, and no AN was found.  However, a 7mm pineal cyst (probably a cyst vs tumor) was found.  Most info out there says these are harmless unless they are symptomatic.  I've also had small headaches on left top of head and last week a short episode where high eyes were fluttering vertically.  That was like "WHOA", what was that?  I'm having another MRI shortly to more accurately determine if it is a cyst.  I know many people come here thinking they have an AN, find out they don't  and then wonder what's causing their symptoms.  I'm just wondering if anyone else has found that they do have a pineal cyst, either alone or in combination with an AN.  How was it dealt with?  Thanks for any comments.
