Welcome to the site. Lots of good people here and lots of good information.

The ANA main site lists a couple of specialists in Houston and the rest appear to be in Dallas:

http://anausa.org/index.php/medical-resources/physicians-directory/214-physician-directory-by-state

3/15/18 12mm x 6mm x5mm
9/21/16 12mm x 7mm x 5mm
3/23/15 12mm x 5.5mm x 4mm
3/13/14 12mm x 6mm x 4mm
8/1/13 14mm x 5mm x 4mm (Expected)
1/22/13 12mm x 3mm (Gamma Knife)
10/10/12 11mm x 4mm x 5mm
4/4/12 9mm x 4mm x 3mm (Diagnosis)

My story at: http://www.anausa.org/smf/index.php?topic=18287.0

I used Dr. Teh and Dr. Willamsom for my SRS done on July 31, 2012. My AN was 10mm x 7mm on the left side. Dr. Teh was my main dr., because I knew I was NOT going to have surgery. Dr. Williamsom just helped in the planning stage of the radiation. I only saw him once. I used the mask. I am doing well except for tinnitus and still have excellent hearing.

I consider Dr. Teh one of the very best doctors in radiation oncology in the world! I would do what Dr. Teh recommends first of all. I think the size of your AN can still be treated with radiation, although Dr. Williamsom or Dr. Vrabec will push for surgery.

Dr. Williamsom is easier to talk to than Dr. Vrabec but apparently are equal in their treatment of AN whether it be radiation or surgery.

When my husband needed a second surgery on a meningioma regrowth, we lived close to Boston and checked out the best who is now in Houston - Dr. Art Day.  I'm not sure what hospital he is with but he is highly recommended.
