GUTIN OR STEIG
« on: March 04, 2013, 03:34:29 pm »
I met with Selenick, trying to decide on meeting Gutin or Steig.  Has anyone had either of them?  Especially looking to hear from those with mid to larger like 2cm+.  Mine is 2.7cm.
Dx 2.6 cm Nov 2012, 35% hearing loss.  Grew to 3.5 cm Oct 2013.  Pre-op total hearing loss, left side tongue numb.  Translab Nov 2013 House Clinic.  Post-op no permanent facial or other issues.  Tongue much improved.  Great result!!

I'm having surgery with Gutin/Selesnick on 3/14...I've heard good things but it really is a leap of faith no matter who we choose. I'll report in as soon as I can. :)
2 cm AN, Translab March 2013, Dr's. Gutin & Selesnick, Memorial Sloan Kettering, NY.
SSD but otherwise doing great!

Hi,
I know of two people who have had surgery with Gutin and Selesnick.  They both think highly of them.  If you would like to talk or email with them, send  me a personal message with your contact information and I will pass it on.
