hi all - i've been away for a few weeks - despite my dizziness - i was able to enjoy vaca. ? - does anyone know what "mature lymphocytes" are? waiting for a return call from my doc, however my spinal tap fluid showed no signs of malgnicacy but mature lymphocytes present according to the report. . . . .anyone??????

Lee,
 Lymphocytes are a type of white blood cell.  I don't know the implications of finding them in CSF.  But I would guess they could  indicate inflammation or infection.  If I remember correctly, they're fairly small compared to other blood cells, so they can be found in tissues outside the blodd stream.  Your doctor is the best source for an interpretation.
