Thank you for responding I have had dry eye prior to my AN diagnosis and have been using Genteal as per the doctor. But now after surgery she stills has me only using the Genteal which I do not use as often as I should .. Do you think I should be using something different ?

They are all over the counter type so you can try what you want.     I have tried 3 different brands and went back to the Refresh products.      Plus make sure it is not the thin drops but somewhat thicker.      Refresh liquigel or what ever brand for a moderate dry eye is what some call it on the package.        Maybe the dr is encouraged by Genteal to use that brand or maybe they just think it is a better one.      Some have a problem with one that has preservatives in it but I never have.            Sounds like it wouldn't hurt to use one more often and see if it helps.   Plus the gel in the tube at night.                                      Cheryl R

I will try one of other brands perfectly makes sense to use a thicker one in the evening I'll try and see if it helps was getting concern with the constant broken vessels it has been happening a lot lately and was wondering why all of sudden seeing I have had severe dry eye before and this has never happened.

Thank you,

Cheryl just want to thank you again I bought the Refresh nighttime thicker gel over the weekend  and it feels a little better and hoping this will take care of those broken blood vessels. I have also purchased the daytime one but trying to finish the Genteal first and then will try that one as well...

Best Wishes,

Pat
