6 week check up

I just had my six week check up and was told i could go back to work even though I have a lot of problem still going on with me. I was shocked by what he said I asked how I could go back when walking is still hard and the headaches on the the side of my head hurt. He said I would get used to it over time. I told him my neck hurt and he informed me that they cut my muscle so it will hurt for a while. I'm lost now, do I see a new doctor and get help or do I just do what he said and hope I don't hurt myself.
