Karla,

How wonderful to hear your words! Thrilled that you are doing ok... just remember, day by day, inch by inch.   Just remember, not just you but your entire family have become a part of our AN family....and please take it easy.

On the road to recovery for you.. and ain't it nice to now be called a "Postie" (post-treatment)?  Nice sounding, isn't it? :)

Be well and please hug the girls for me.

Yay--first post from Karla-wench!!!
Not many Ma's would say they want their little girls to grow up to be Wenches! But there's wenches and then there's Wenches!!!!
Glad you are doing well and thrilled about the hearing! Keep those heat packs on yer back--If you can find yourself a moist heat pad made by Thermophore.  They are a little pricey, but worth every penny--I got the biggest one they have and you lay on your tummy and put it over your whole back and butt and keep it there for 20 minutes.  Do this a couple times a day--fix ya right up!  My PT turned me on to it!

Love and kissies :-* to you and the Wenches-in-Training!

So does that mean you have a "wench in training" program, or is she just "pre-wench"?? ;D

Ok ok you wench wannabies,

Under normal circumstances, the entrance exam into wenchhood is through the wet t shirt competition however, as wenchette or I kinda like wenchlet is slightly under age, I could get into a wee bit of pirate trouble enforcing wenchlet "nameless??" into this process so by pirate executive order, 7 table top captain Deb anti juimbie chants, wearing only leopard prints,  streaking across the MCG in a packed house game of footy, young wenchlet has become the first apprentice wench on the good ship PBW.

Oh, and welcome back home and to your second home (this web site) young wench Karla.

Hi Karla,

You have been Blessed with a successful surgery and a great support system (family and friends) you can't ask for much more than that. Most of us that have AN's have looked at this situation to have a very postive influence in our lives and we realize just how precious life can be. You are Blessed!  Ann

How's our Karla today? ;D
Hope the back is better--I found stretching excercises helpful for that one--also my indespensible Thermaphore heating pad. Shoulda told you about that one pre-surg, but I plum forgot! Git the Wenchette to give ya a good low back rub, uless you've stolen one of the Greek Gods from the Ole' PBW!
