Homeopath Treatments

Has anybody tried Reiki?  Also, I heard a supplement called DHA is good for the brain and reduces brain swelling.  Has anybody tried that?

My masseur uses Reiki techniques as well as others when she gives me a massage. I have been using DHEA  both before and after the operation. I have had no adverse effects . I am not sure if they have helped but they sure haven't hurt me.
