Biofeedback?
« on: February 16, 2010, 08:52:52 pm »
I find that I often clench my facial muscles unconsciously and it causes pain and contractions and deforms my face.  When I notice it, I can consciously relax my face, but sometimes it takes a lot of pain for me to realize what's going on.

I would like to try biofeedback to help me stay relaxed and relax more fully.

Has anyone used biofeedback?  If so, did it help?  Who prescribed it?

Amy -

I believe that Lori (lori67) was using biofeedback for a while with her PT.

I don't actually "make" trouble..just kind of attract it, fine tune it, and apply it in new and exciting ways
