Thanks to all of you for your advise, I  did alittle research on gamma knife and the other one cyber
thing.  There is a group at Hoag Hospital (newport beach california Dr. Christopher DUMA) Not far from me that I'm going to ask my PCP for a referral to and then maybe I will be able to avoid surgery, I did check the size and in December it was only 5mmX3mm I guess the reason they want to do surgery now is because of the episodes that I have and the dizzyness.  I know I have just begone my journey with this but I want it over NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.  Thank you all again for your support I'm not real good at this stuff but you all help me in my journey.
