Hey there- good morning Pearly Whites!! ;D   :-*

That article you posted back in July is great too! :) (How did I miss that one  :-\ )  I only just read it now...

... I heard about this med at the symposium. It did not sound as successful as the articles, from yesterday, make it out to be... maybe I was just not paying attention.

Anyway I am glad I caught Lilian's post before it disappeared...

Got my "Marian the Librarian" Hat on today (it is knitted with a lovely barn red color- and a daisy sticking out of it  ;) )

Cheers with a latte,

Gee if only I had a time travel machine and I could go back to being a teenager... and this drug was around then...

Ok back to listening to my LP player (in mono :( ),  33's with 70's artwork on the jacket sleeves...

My teens has the I-Pod... that holds more tunes than my entire wall of music... held in her hand.

Look how far medicine and technology has come...  :o  8)

"Keep moving forward" (my motto adopted from the movie Meet the Robinson's)
Here is my favorite track ... I play on my  I-pod (again in mono) ... from that film

Wonder who's going to be the first one to ask their doc about it?

Wow!!!! I wonder if it works in patients other than NF2s?  I wonder what size the tumor was...This has real possibility.

here is another link to the original article in July. Looks like for those of us searching, this drug might be too far away from approval to be used. Hard to say. I think one would have to be referred to a neuro-oncologist to discuss using it as well.
